You can do a Hotel Management course. Number of Colleges offering nowadays 3 year or 4 year degree course. Better u enroll for 4yr degree course approved by AICTE. PCTE Group of Institutes, Ludhiana offering 4 year practical course with specialisation of Bakery. You can enroll.

As you have good experience in bank field, you can go for Finance. But if you want to change field you can opt for Marketing field as it will give you new experience, challenges and lot of learnings. As a clerk you have good customer reach so you can go for Marketing.

B. Des in Interior design from NID or CEPT University is the best. However doing B.Sc. Interior design from Chandigarh University is also an good idea. Autocad is basic needs for almost all design courses and all leading Universities have this facility. So if you have enough time than start the preparation of NID or UCEED entrance exams for much better options.
