Actually, there are no. of 1-year courses, and even if you want you can pursue any course and then appear for JEE Mains 2020. But I strongly recommend you to join in any of the colleges at present.

I would suggest you go for B.Sc or any other Bachelor's degree course instead of any engineering degree course.

It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in Dairy branch. It's great. But unfortunately for getting admission in any engineering college, a student has to appear some or the other entrance exam. Hence decide and prepare for these entrance exams if you want to achieve your dreams.
