What you want to study now will depend greatly on your career interest. Without knowing what you want to do now it will be difficult to provide guidance. The challenge you will face is also due to your academics, you have to do some research and contact some universities and colleges abroad to find out acceptance of SOL. Even though it's recognised, every institute abroad has different admission policy. Secondly, the 3rd division is not accepted. 55% is the least. You can complete a PG Diploma in India and pass out with good grades before looking for options abroad.
