Hi,
There are many jobs opportunities in various areas, where you can try, or if you are willing to pursue higher degrees, then you can go for M.Sc. You can even prepare for IIT JAM exam which is held for M.Sc. Admission in top colleges of India such as IITs, NIT's, etc.

Yes, there are a lot of opportunities in Mass Communication. Even you can do any thing in this field accordingly your skills and interest. So, you can choose a career option according to your choice, capabilities, skills and interest. Even there is no field which is complete without media and mass communication areas involvements.
