Take the IELTS and other tests like SAT or ACT to be eligible to study abroad. You must write a very strong personal statement describing and explaining your CA choice, why you drooped it, challenges etc. And most importantly why you want to study Biology now after CA. Try to bridge the relevancy. Its going to be very challenging. Write to colleges abroad and prepare the application as per their rules and requirements.

Some what you are correct. Today the situation of B.Tech degree holders are like B.A. And M.A. Degree holders of 1980-90. the reason behind is that thousand of colleges are producing the lacs of BE/B.Tech degree holders every years. Government is reducing the number of job opportunities every year by adopting privatization and PPP mode. Private sectors are providing jobs to their relatives only. Further the teaching faculty members and college infrastructure are the other responsible reasons. You have obtained the rank no. 2200, but for which? If this rank is for MHCET, then you should go for counselling, because from 2018 and onwards MIT-WPU will follow own entrance criteria and admission will not be made through DTE-CAP. Good luck.
