You have to try to pass out subject. Then if u r really interested in Science you have to do B.Sc. Or if you are not interested to pass out. You have to select Diploma engineering after 10th. Your career will built on your skill.

BEMS is not widely accepted branch, while BHMS is worldwide accepted. You can do general practice job consulting. MBA in healthcare after BHMS have chance for government job competitive exam, as professor etc.

Clear all the supplementary first. I would suggest you not to pursue Science stream ahead, if you are not interested. There are various other courses that are better. You can always do them better. At last, it is your choice. All the best.
