E-MBA is for working professionals. So, if you are working, then it would be better. Otherwise, regular MBA will be fine too. Choose a specialization based on your field experience. You can also pursue distance course for MBA.

Basically, placements in every branch depends on your skills. You have to get extra things along with the course. Definitely, placements are good in clinical research, but the thing is you should have a good command in basics and learn extra.
