No, they don't hold equal value. A regular course will hold more value and credibility. Hence, I would suggest you to pursue the course through regular mode only.

There are a lot of good job placement opportunities if you pursue the course from the top colleges. Alot of Global Top Companies hires students from the campus. Companies / Recruiters who visited the campus

Dear, if you want a career in Visual effects then you can join MAAC animation institute for visual effects and graphics study. This one is the best institute for learning 2D, 3D, Visual and Graphics etc. , Animation and all. So you can join as according to your city. First, you check in your city either there is any branch of same institute or not. Then only, you can join according to the batch schedule of campus.
