Please Note- Indian students may not apply for a long stay study visa for Ireland until any outstanding academic conditions of their offer have been met, and a minimum of EUR 6000 of fees have been paid.

• Indian students must apply for Ireland Students Visa around 6-8 weeks before your date of travel to Ireland.
• Students must visit the official website of the Irish Immigration Service to create their online student visa application via AVATS.
• Complete the application form.
• Make appointment with VFS and pay Ireland Student Visa Application fee.
• If visa gets approved, students can travel to SETU Carlow.

Some of the GPA requirements for First-Year students at Carlow University are given as follows:

• Must have a minimum 3.25 cumulative high school GPA
• The student should depict interest in the three-year degree option on their admissions application
• Must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA at Carlow to remain on the path toward a three-year degree
