Yes, you can get admission to the MBA programme at Manipal University Jaipur, but not through direct admission without meeting the admission criteria.
For the regular MBA, you generally need:
A bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks.
A valid CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT score.
Selection is based on your academic record, entrance test score, personal interview, presentation, and English comprehension test.
Manipal University Jaipur +1
Also, note that Manipal University Jaipur offers MBA programs, not PGDM programs.

As a current student at DBS Global University, I can say that yes, the university accepts a valid CAT score for MBA admissions. If you meet the eligibility criteria, then you can apply through your CAT score, and you do not have to take the universities entrance exam. The best thing about DBS, is that MBA is not limited to the classrooms. Internships, live projects, corporate interactions, experienced faculty, and a dedicated placement cell focus and help students to get industry-ready. If you are good at grabbing your opportunities, then DBS provides a strong platform to help you build a strong career.

The minimum marks or CAT cut off to appear for IIM selection round is different for every institute. Tier 1 colleges select candidates with CAT score above 95 percentile, Tier 2 colleges select candidates with score between 80-90 percentile and Tier 2 colleges select candidates with score lower than 80 percentile.
