Yes you have good chances of getting into FMS, DSE, XLRI but a lot depend on your CAT score, GD/ PI score. Most of the good b school give good amount of weightage to CAT score so a high CAT score can overcome academic and other criteria like achievement, PI score.

Admission in reputed b school ( top 50-60) depend on CAT/ CMAT score, GD, PI, What, academic record, co-curricular achievements. So foremost thing is high CAT/ CMAT / other entrance score. It is good to get percentile of 85 and above to be eligible for top b school. IIM require 90+ score. CAT score above 85 can be considered as a good score.
