You can definitely pursue Bachelor of Arts in Media and Mass Communication from Doon Business School since you have successfully cleared class 10th and 12th. No this is not better to do B.Tech after the Diploma course. Because you are missing the opportunity for studying in prestigious NITs and CFTIs. The admission in NITs and CFTIs are based on the performance in JEE Main exam. Technically you will be eligible for JEE Main after the Diploma but will not considered for admission in NITs and CFTIs. So in my opinion you have to first complete your 12th than appear in JEE Main exam for B.Tech admission.
