Dear Aprajita,
Firstly, you cannot skip your 2 years of college education for getting graduation from distance education form Mumbai university. You first complete your college and then you can get admission for any graduation course from distance education in Mumbai.

You could consider applying for government jobs or small private jobs. For example, SSC BSF, Army/Navy/defense. I suggest you to take up a Diploma after 10th which could lead to enhanced job offers thereafter too.

It depends on the course you are interested in pursuing after 10th. If it is science, prepare yourself for national level entrance exams and state level entrance exams for engineering /medicine depending on your interest. In Engineering, IIT-JEE AIEEE some state-level exams are EAMCET, KCET, etc.

After completing your graduation, you need to prepare for CAT entrance exam and in this exam, your score must be more than 98 percentile. Then you will be eligible for IIMs.

Yes, there are some colleges, which provide you this course on the basis of class 10th and you have to show the gap certificate and class10th migration certificate.

As other mentor has said, don't force Diploma on yourself, if you cannot continue it. Study class 12th from NIOS from Arts, Agriculture or language etc. That will be easy and also provide a means to pursue higher studies in the chosen field.
