Complete 10+2. Then, you could do a Bachelors in Travel and tourism. There are certificate courses and Diploma courses too instead of Bachelors. But, if you would like to do travel and tourism since its your passion then why not a full fledged Bachelors. During course of study look for internships. You have to clear entrance exams like CAT or GMAT to get admission in a good B-school. So prepare yourself for the exam.

Just go for the maximum. But honestly, 98+ percentile can give you call for all IIMs, given that the profile is good.
