There are a number of options after class 12th based on subjects. If you followed science in 12th then you can go for B.Tech, B.Sc or in medical field you can go for pharmacy, BDS, etc. If you are an arts student choose your interested subject/subjects.

You can get admission in Diploma after class 10th, there are number of polytechnic institutions in India who are providing admission on the basis of merit. According to the eligibility requirements of Concordia University for industrial engineering candidate applying must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent degree at minimum 60% and minimum IELTS rank 6.5. So, according to that you may surely get admission in Concordia University.

MBA is a professional course. It accepts students from any branch and course, you only need to clear the entrance examination and personal interview.

I don't think that it is the right time to much worry about your MBA. You have just passed your class 10th. Think over your stream that you are going to take in class 11th. Make your choice wisely, because it helps you to decide your college and graduation stream. Which matters a lot (I mean really a lot), for your MBA admission. So, right now, just focus on your immediate target and make sure that you are a top scorer. It helps you to build your percentile for good B-School.

You are not eligible for this course. The candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.

Don't think much about it. Focus on your graduation and get good marks. Then get a good percentile score in CAT & seek admission into a good MBA college. Focus on your studies and excel in academics & projects. Once all this is in places no one will look at your school scores.
