Hi Amit,
Admission in GIM depends upon passing the cutoffs in CAT, XAT and CMAT. After that, your performance in GD PI round. Academics don't carry that weight unless it is for achievers round.

As such, no formal qualification is required, but some basic/minimum qualification is required to become an RJ, as this job needs excellent communication skills. Recently, some government and private institutes started certificate/Diploma/courses in Radio Jockey. One can get qualification from these institutes to procure formal degree to have some extra exposure to/of industry. And for these Diplomas and degrees, one must complete his or her 10+2.

Getting admission in IIMs is not entirely based on work experience alone. There is a particular weightage assigned to each parameter. First and foremost, you need to get an exceptional score in CAT, that is, above 96-98 percentile for sure. Then there'll be scores given to your class 12th and graduation marks, and also to your work experience. If you have none, then that's fine because the combined score is what matters.

You can continue pursuing your 12th in commerce & along with it, you can join a diploma course with a private institute in animation/software & sharpen your skills. In case you do well, you can always pursue further education in the said area.
Now a days, a lot of private institutes also offer Graduation/Masters programme in Animation and Software areas.
