You can easily take admission in B.Com or BBA with the help of the percentage you have scored in 10 + 2. The only thing that'll matter is the cut-off procedure in the respective college in Chandigarh, which you can confirm from the college.
Good luck.

No, for that course, you have to be 12th passed.
After that, you can apply online with the required information.
The eligible candidates need to appear for the Written Test conducted by the institute. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview based on marks obtained in the written test.
Further shortlisted candidates will be called for a Psychometric Test based on performance in Personal Interview.
The candidates are selected based on marks in written test and performance in psychometric test and personal interview.
Best of luck.

All the government colleges of the home state are good for mechanical engineering.
You will definitely get a government college with 65000 rank along with your mechanical branch.
Google the best government college of your state and get the best one by going through the counselling.
All the best.

It will depend upon the IIM which you are seeking. For example, if you want to go to IIM Bangalore, which is well known for Human Resource studies, then they consider the 12th and 10th results, which should be above 90% to be in the eligibility criteria.
If you are aiming for IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta, then there is no such issue. Because they only ask for the CAT percentile which should again be around 98.5+ to get a call for interview.
So yes, you are eligible for IIMs except Bangalore.
Thank you.
If there are further queries, you can always ask.
