Getting admission in IIMs is not entirely based on work experience alone. There is a particular weightage assigned to each parameter. Great to hear that you want to become cinema director. For this career option you should choose arts stream because it make your study of class 11 and 12 easy and you can focus on the other activities which is related to your cinema world. And then after the completion of 12th class, join a cinema teaching college. And there is also another option for you. If you can, Then, you should join a cinema teaching school now onwards. According your interests, You should choose non-medical stream with computer Science as a additional subject. And then GET good marks in class 12 board exam and also in entrance exams like JEE Mains and IPU CET bits, or other entrances exam. Do like if answer is helpful.
