I would suggest you to complete your education first and then go for graduation in fine arts, you'll be more happy and safe. Don't rush with your timeline.

Diploma is offered in the following fields-
Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Architectural Assistantship, Information Technology) (Admission through state-level centralized process. It is not offered in Agriculture.

In my opinion, I would suggest you choose commerce stream, it is slightly easier than science. You will be able to score good marks in commerce stream.

For this year, the GD and PI are already conducted and 3 rounds of counselling is also done. I would also like to inform you that admission for the next year will consider MAT score card which will be generated from September 2018.
