Of course. It doesn't matter whether you have CS in 10th or 12th, what matters is your interest and the efforts you make in pursuing your career as a CSE student. But to get CSE branch, you will have to score really good in engineering entrance exam.

Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as a separate subject with minimum 50% marks in English at 10th or 12th standard, and passed three year's Diploma with 60% marks.
Or
passed four years degree including lateral entry with 50% marks, in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication / Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation, or equivalent.

For those who want to pursue graduation without doing class 11th and 12th can join IGNOU. This university allows candidates to pursue a Bachelor's degree without completing +2.

Yes, flying schools require you to complete your class 11th and 12th too. You need to choose at least physics and maths and have a strong grasp over english. You will have to pass with maths and physics with at least 55% to join a flying school but this percentage varies.

You should pursue PCMB to become a diabetologist as it requires a science-focused Bachelor's degree and a Doctor of Medicine. Apart from that, it requires an internal medicine with a sub-speciality in endocrinology.

To get admission, you need to give CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT or ATMA and then final selection will be done via a GDPI (group discussion and personal interview). These are the main and most important exams to crack not the UPSEE. However, a good score in the UPSEE will definitely help.

While most institutes follow the system of 10+2 which means you need to pass your 12th grade. There are some institutes that would allow you to join after passing 10th grade itself. However, for gaming colleges there is no requirement of minimum marks except that you must past 12th grade. Therefore it is advisable to complete your schooling and pass 12th grade.
