With this percentage, you certainly are eligible to take CAT for getting into IIMs.
By the end, result also depends on your CAT scores and your interview.
You can't expect to get a call from IIM, as such without getting a good percentile in CAT.

No, after class 10th, you cannot take admission in a college for BFA as to take admission in BFA, you have to pass 10+2. Bachelor's degree programs in fine arts typically cover creative endeavors such as writing, theater and crafts.
