No, it is not mandatory. You can do MBA if you are a graduate in any field.

After tenth you can go for the following disciplines:
A) Engineering: (Diploma Engineering or dual degree Diploma (engineering).
B) Management: (Diploma in Business Administration).
C) Design: (Diploma in Fashion Design or Dual degree Diploma in Fashion Design-B.Design (Fashion).
D) Hotel Management

If you don't like science, then go for commerce if you have interest in maths. Going for arts is not bad but is of no use nowadays. Only if you want to prepare for civil services, then go for arts or else commerce will be a good choice.

After 10th, you have an option of doing 11th, 12th arts, 11th 12th commerce or 11th 12th Science or else, you can go for Diploma in engineering. If you are going to do 11th 12th arts than you will do B.A. And after that, you will have good chance of giving exams like MPSC, UPSC or you can do B.A. LL

After your 10th, you need to complete your 12ty and after 12th you can take admission in fashion design college by giving there entrance exam.
