There is a scheme called lateral admission in engineering college. In this diploma holders mostly on the basis of their marks, are granted admission directly into 2nd year of four year course. You need to check on the website of dte of tech edu of your state to note the details.

Yes, absolutely. Complete your 11th and 12th with high academic percentile and get involved in high end extracurricular activities too. If you want to study in USA take the SAT or ACT during your 11th or 12th. You must also take the TOEFL or IELTS. Decide where to study and what to study first, accordingly you must check the requirements and prepare.

Starting from the point of view, hacking doesn't require eligibility of academics. Hacking is just a skill which requires coding knowledge, network knowledge, server-side scripting knowledge, computer hardware knowledge and testing knowledge. Coming to the part, if you saw the articles, the children are around 5 - 11 years of age are hacking networks, finding zero-day flaws in software, etc. So, this shows hacking does not require any academic courses. Yes, you can join Diploma course through online exams then many possibilities are there. So, if you want you can give an online exam, fill up the form, it will come early (about in the month of March or April). Wait for the time, fill up the form, give your exams and study for a Diploma course.

From IIM A, most probably, yes. IIM Bangalore can be tricky. Depending on your work ex. (I wouldn't count on IIMB) also there is a 80% cutoff for 10th and 12th marks, if I am not wrong.

Please use Shiksha Call Predictor, it would give you a better idea. Try and score the highest, I don't think you would want to score a 99.1 percentile instead of 99.9 percentile just because it is only as much as you need. I hope you get my point.
