Hello Abhilash,
CAT scores and class 10th and class 12th scores are the basic requirements. Apart from that there are different rounds of selection process that one need to clear to get into IMI K. Rounds would be essay writing, extempore, personal interview.

First, the most important thing is that you can option for computer Science courses after 12th you may also after 10th but it will be Diploma and also it will not beneficial for you much so best is that you should option after 12th.
Now, while opting class 12th you must go on with Science field with taking PCM as one of the major subjects and while an optional subjects should be Computer Science you may option other also but Computer Science will be more beneficial for you.

XAT 2018 Eligibility
Eligibility criteria for XAT 2018:
Recognized Bachelors degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline.
Final year students can also (completing final examination by June 2018) can also apply.
The eligibilty for XLRI programmes like Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Management (BM) is similar. Candidates with three years of work experience will be given preference in Global Business Management.
NRI and Foreign candidates may apply through GMAT scores.
