A person should be a first class University graduate in any of the fields
Commerce/Science/Computer Applications/Management/Arts
A good knowledge in computer operation is also required
Selection Criteria
The candidate will have to pass a written test and a skill test

Hi Mahir,
If you want to study Mechanical Engineering, you can target Germany, the best for mechanical studies. Admissions will be highly competitive though but you can give your best shot at applying. Also consider Netherlands, France, Spain, Japan, Australia, Canada and USA.
