The answer to your question will depend on your aim and aspirations, what you want to be, what kind of job you want etc. Since, you are from Arts many options will be available like Design, Mass Comm and Journalism, Tourism, Literature, Political Science, History, Teaching, Education etc. What you finally choose will depend on your interests. Choose what is best for you. You will grow and succeed if you really enjoy doing something.

To get Admission in any IIT, you should have a minimum of 75% in class 12th with PCM.

For becoming an IIT engineer after class 10th you have to take science and maths stream. And for cracking IIT exam, join a recognized coaching institute in your area which is providing IIT coaching.

You have to narrow down your choice basically, there could be many factors such as your budget, your career goals, the country you want to settle down in, admission requirements, etc. France, Spain, Netherlands, UK, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, etc., could be good options also keeping note of the fact that you have a three-year degree.

Your grades are good and admission chances seem pretty good too. Different universities have different requirements and before you apply, you have to check the websites. Your budget is on a lower side so you have to check the fee and check for education loans, etc., if required. If you have a very good profile, the university can give you a scholarship too.
