IT (Information Technology) deals with the aspects of computer programming, web designing, networking, etc.
So you need to opt for computer science after 10th. This would make you eligible to go for IT-oriented jobs easily after B.Tech IT.

In class 10th, syllabus is not so high that one can join medical and study well, but in class 11th and 12th there is a big syllabus which contains the concept of each topic and student easily select their field of interest and join MBBS.

No, you cannot do the diploma by distance, Please try to clear your 12th first, then think of doing diploma, there are diploma course available in part time or evening classes.
