Also you have to try and get very good marks in 10+2 because from this year the 12th marks will be counted during admission into colleges along with the marks in the entrance examination.

There is no minimum criteria for admission in a BBA, admission process is basically based on the merit.
3-year professional undergraduate course in Business Management = BBA
Admission to the course is generally entrance exam based. The entrance tests are organized at national, state or university level by various authorities. A merit list is prepared on the basis of qualifying examination or entrance examination.
Most of the colleges conduct separate entrance exam for admission to BBA course. Some of the entrance exams conducted for BBA course are as follows:
AIMA UGAT - AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a national level examination conducted annually by All India Management Association (AIMA). It is conducted to screen capable candidates for admission in various courses such as BBA, BCA, Integrated MBA, BHM, B. Com etc.
SET - SET or Symbiosis Entrance Test is a common test conducted by Symbiosis International University for admission in undergraduate courses in the fields of Law, General, Design, Engineering and Health Science.
IPU CET - IPU CET 2017 (IP University Common Entrance Test) is a university level entrance exam conducted for admission to 60 undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses.
Admission to BBA course is also done on the basis of Lateral entry i.e. entrance to the course in second year. Universities like Lovely Professional University and Annamalai University provide this option. The eligibility for this is qualification of first year examination from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

A BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration) or a BBM (Bachelors in Business Management) is a graduate level management degree that is solely designed to enlighten student's management skills at the Bachelors level. The degree is designed to develop practical managerial skills, communication skills and business decision-making capability. Thus BBA/BBM institutes also assist students with summer internships in well-known corporate organizations so that the student receives the much necessary industry exposure.
The course duration is usually three years. However, it may vary from institute to institute.

Eligibility for PGP:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (in case of the candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Differently Abled (DA) or Persons with Disabilities (PWD) category, this is relaxed to 45%)
A candidate appearing for the final year Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. Such a candidate must produce a certificate from the principal/head of the department/registrar/director of the institution/university certifying that the candidate is currently in the final year/is awaiting final results and has obtained at least 50% marks or equivalent (45% in case of the candidate belonging to SC/ST/PWD category) based on latest available grades/marks.
