If you failed in your board exams, you might have to appear for compartment exams. If these are regular school exams you should wait for the next opportunity to appear for exams, to better your score. You can appeal to the concerned authorities in your school and ask them if they can give you another chance to appear for the exams.

Dear Shagufta, in that case students generally go for an integrated course of BBA+MBA. Surely yes, arts students can also pursue BBA+MBA or even only MBA after their graduation. I hope this would suffice. All the best and God bless you.

Hello Swapnil,
You have a decent CAT score. And having a B.Com degree leverages your profile as IIMs usually look for candidates having diverse educational backgrounds. You do have a chance of getting a call from IIMK.
Good luck.

Hi Akhil,
Technically yes, you are eligible to get shortlisted for IIMs. But you need to score a really high percentile in CAT. If you have work experience it would boost up your chances. Usually IIMs look for candidates having very good academic records. However, these are secondary. Don't worry and give your best in the CAT exam. Good luck!
