NIOS is a recognised board in India just like other boards but whether it is valid for studies in Nepal, you have to find out by checking with colleges in Nepal. Every college has its own criteria.

No good college will give you admission on the basis of class 10th. I would suggest you complete class 12th and then start seeking admission in a college.

Hi,
Yes, one can go for Diploma in engineering after successfully clearing class 10th. Many polytechnic colleges have been established which are providing this course.
This course is valued almost same as class 12th and in some places more than class 12th, such as in B.Tech if a student wants to do B.Tech after diploma then he/she can directly take admission into 2nd year.
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification required for admission into a Diploma course is clearing Secondary School /tenth standard/equivalent examination, with at least 45 percent in science and maths subjects.

You can pursue some kind of Diploma in Hotel Management after class 10th. But, if you want a proper career, first you have to complete 10 +2, and then go for a proper Degree in Hotel Management for a bright future.
