ITI unfortunately is not considered as equivalent to 12th. You will have to seek admission in 11th if you want to do graduation. There is no other choice.

First and most importantly just don't worry. You have chosen the best branch. Humanities have great potential ahead. There is so much variety of courses available, you can't even imagine.
Presently, just concentrate on scoring good marks in 11th and 12th.

You need to be a 12th pass to be eligible to pursue any degree course.

You can pursue a Diploma, however, there would be no use as the placement will not be impressive. Hence, you should focus on 12th and then go for a degree course.

For MBA abroad admissions particularly if you are aiming for the top ranked you must gain work experience of at least 2-3 years on completing your graduation. Additionally you must have a valid GMAT score and must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. As of now I would advice you to focus intensely on your studies and take part in extracurricular activities. An all-rounded profile is required.
