You are not eligible for 3 years’ LLB as you are not a graduate degree holder. Diploma in CSE is not equivalent to degree. However based on your 12th qualification you are eligible to seek admission in 5 year BA+LLB or BBA+LLB integrated law courses. These courses are offered by various universities

You could go for computer science as a bifocal course in the science stream. But not all colleges offer this course. Nevertheless it will help in providing a foundation in your hardware and software skills.

ITI unfortunately is not considered as equivalent to 12th. You will have to seek admission in 11th if you want to do graduation. There is no other choice.

First and most importantly just don't worry. You have chosen the best branch. Humanities have great potential ahead. There is so much variety of courses available, you can't even imagine.
Presently, just concentrate on scoring good marks in 11th and 12th.
