ya of course,u definitely can
but for that u the to complete your 12th with minimum 60%,at this cgpa u will get arts ,along with your 12th I suggest u to prepare for NCHMCT ,it is an entrance exam for getting a govt college for HM, otherwise it will take lots of your money in private college,u can search for it's syllabus on web or u can ask there also.

I think you need to complete 10+2 for doing a course in 3D animation.

Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.

There are other parameters like entrance exam score, group discussion, personal interview, aptitude test etc. Parameters would vary from college to college. They try to gauge the candidates skills from all the angles.
