Yes, you can get admission with the above credentials in IMT, but you have to score above 90% marks to get the call from the college for GD/PI, and then your performance in it will decide your final admission. There is no way you can study Diploma after completing 10th in Russia. You should at least have cleared 12th to take admission abroad.
