Hello,
Engineering and hotel management are totally opposite courses. So it depends on your interests.If you are good at maths and also at being logical then engineering will be good for you. You can get a Diploma degree after class 10th or a degree after class 12th. (I suggest for a degree after class 12).
Hotel management can only be done after class 12th and not 10. You should choose this career if you are interested in having a casual work life in future.
Comparing the salaries, engineering is paid higher as compared to hotel management (I am talking about begginers).

Minimum eligibility criteria for pursuing PGDM is at least 50% in 10th,12th and graduation. You need to clear 12th and graduation to pursue PGDM. You can appear for MBA entrance exams after graduation or during your final year.

Hello Yash,
Firstly congratulations for having a dream. Now you can work on achieving this dream. It would be best if you can get admission in IIT M or IISc, Bangalore. For this you have to pass 12th with at least 75% and then prepare for JEE Mains and Advanced. Remember, nothing is impossible.

You can surely get a job, but the job wouldn't be a good one. It is always advised that you do a job after 12th or even after graduation as that leads to a high paying and a good job.
