Yes. In the CDS exam there is a negative marking. One-third mark will be deducted for an incorrect answer. No mark will be deducted for unanswered questions.

The CDS exam is conducted in an offline mode that is in a pen-paper mode. The exam consists of objective type questions and need to mark their answers in an OMR sheet.

CDS exam is highly competitive and you need to prepare well for the exam. The exam include general affairs from History, Geography, Economics, Current Affairs, and General Science.  NCERT Textbooks are essential for General Knowledge and Mathematics. You can utilize online platforms for practice tests, mock exams, and study materials. Allocate time for each subject based on your strengths and weaknesses. Do solve practice questions and previous year question papers to improve your speed and accuracy. Update your notes regularly.
