The CDS 1 result will be declared online in the form of PDF at upsc.gov.in. The exam will be held on April 12, 2026. It will consists of the roll numbers of those candidates who will clear the exam. Then, they will give the SSB interview.

UPSC released the final merit list for the CDS 2 2024. A total of 574 candidates comprising 510 men and 64 women qualified for admission to the OTA, Chennai. Candidates who are selected will be inducted into the 122nd Short Service Commission Course (Non-Technical) for Men and 36th Short Service Commission Women (non-Technical) course, both scheduled to commence in October 2025.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the Combined Defence Services II (CDS 2) result on October 3, 2023. The result/merit list was released in the form of a PDF that comprises the details like roll number and name of the candidate. The candidates who are shortlisted after the written exam will be called for an SSB interview in which they will be assessed on the basis of medical, physical and medical fitness.
