I don't think there is any placement till now in IIT Bhubaneswar because it's a new IIT.

IIT Dhanbad or IIT Hyderabad will be more better. I will say IIT Dhanbad.

The cut off for the Diploma here is between 91% to 95%, and a little low for the lower cast.

Candidate must have studied Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational with the above mentioned percentage in mentioned subjects.
Candidates completed Diploma in Engineering and Technology with minimum 50% marks are also eligible to apply.

You may get it in the special round or in the last round of JoSSA.
