Yes, Diploma in chemical engineering is offered in VJTI.
There is not very high cut off for Diploma in chemical engineering .The seats available is 60 . Also passionate students may complete B.Tech in ICT [Institute of Chemical Technology]. It [ICT] is located beside VJTI campus .

I am not much aware about this but according to my information CMS Bangalore offers MBA, PGDM, BBA, BA or MA only not any other courses offered by CMS Bangalore. So if you want to know about M.Tech in chemical engineering which is structural engineering then go for website and know about it but I am not much aware about it.

No, M.Tech in chemical engineering is not offered by mangalmay institute of management and technology.
You can search for other colleges and universities for this course.
Mangalmay institute of management and technology doesn't provide any M.Tech. degree to the students

The Vidyalankar School of Business does not offer a Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering (Structural Engineering). The university solely provides a broad M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering that does not emphasize any subfields of the field.

Sri Venkateshwara University college of engineering does not offer an M.Tech programme specially in chemical engineering with a specialisation in structural engineering. SVUCE primarily focuses on undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering and technology, with specializations in disciplines such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering etc.
