It is possible, but it depends on the university rules and your time management skills. If one course is regular and the other is through distance learning (open mode), then you can pursue DMLT and BSc Chemistry together.
However, doing two full-time regular courses at once is generally not permitted. It's better to prioritize one if you want in-depth knowledge and better academic performance.

From the available informations Visva Bharati University's M.Sc. Chemistry programme through CUET PG, expected cut-off scores are around 190-210 for the General category and 160-180 for the ST category. However, it's crucial to note that these are just expected ranges, and the actual cut-off may vary based on factors like the number of applicants and their scores. cutoff are change every year. cut marks can be decided by the authorities based on the perfomance of candidates in that year.

I don't know about the placement scenarios for PhD from TIFR Bombay, but for IIT Kharagpur, pursuing PhD can be a very good choice, as IIT Kharagpur has Top Research facilities. if you want to do research, you will get the best resources of the country, and also many PhD students get placed during the Campus placement cycle, so there are various Job opportunities. And, a PhD from IIT KGP is flexible than any other institute.
