The placements are really good in Bharath University and the institution is working really hard to give the best output ( ROI ). National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) platform, under Ministry of Human resource Development, Government of India, in 2017 recognizes Bharath University as 25th ranked institution in India in the category of private deemed Universities. It's good to do CS from this university. Best wishes.

For doing any course through distance education, there is no college. One has to study at home. Sometimes few classes are conducted by authorized study centre. That's all.

You have a good cut off score and so you can get chemical engineering at ACT campus. Since the competition is too high, it is right now difficult to predict your chances. Try it at the counseling.
