For doing any course through distance education, there is no college. One has to study at home. Sometimes few classes are conducted by authorized study centre. That's all.

You have a good cut off score and so you can get chemical engineering at ACT campus. Since the competition is too high, it is right now difficult to predict your chances. Try it at the counseling.

Just focus on class 11th and class 12th syllabus. Coaching is not required from my point of view.
