Chandigarh University is a better option for BBA few reasons are with
the NAAC A+ Grade the quality of the academics and administration provides is great. Highly qualified lecturers (PhD+experience)

You can apply for ITM-Mumbai, Balaji Institutes-Pune, XIME-Bangalore, XIMR-Mumbai, BIMTECH-Noida, Flame University-Pune and MIT-Pune. Also, you need to score more than 90 percentile to get a call from a good college.

I can give you more details about one side.
If you are passionate about computer science and want to do research and create something new, you'll definitely not regret leaving and joining IIIT-D.
You'll get the chance to work at cutting edge things, go deep into computer science and acquire deep technical knowledge of a variety of domains (and the way YOU want them.
