SRM is the best to join CSE. It is accredited with NAAC A+ and recognised by AICTE. Also SRM ranks 58th position in NIRF ranking 2020. All the best. !

BBA is overall better choice and DTU is as good as DU. So yes my advice for you is to choose DTU BBA over DU B.Com.

I had a very similar rank last year and I got NIT Rourkela foodtech engineering in around 3rd round of counselling.
