Koustuv Research Institute of Medical Science shows a relatively low placement against Hi-Tech College of Pharmacy. KRIMS is very rare for having participation of companies within the college for placement and thus can provide lesser numbers of jobs with packages of lower level in comparison with the number of students attending the academic courses in the Hi-Tech College. Usually, the placement rate of the Hi-Tech College seems to be healthy with companies' participation from large volumes and average pay package amount for the students. Thus, students seeking a good placement opportunity might prefer Hi-Tech College.

Yes, since BPharm is an undergraduate programme. You can apply for the course if you have done your Diploma in Pharmacy. You can take lateral-entry admission into the BPharm programme through the Diploma to Degree admission programme of the university.

LM College of Pharmacy provides a fresher’s admission programme and a Diploma to Degree programme (D to D) for students applying for admission after their Diploma. This helps the students to carry forward their education after getting an experiential understanding of the field of Pharmacy.

It is because of this that 100% placement with regards to Chitkara College of Pharmacy students should not be guaranteed. The placement is good, though, with approximately 80% students being placed in reputed pharmaceutical companies each year. Although many students find placement, the real percentage depends on individual performance and market conditions. In short, it is an attempt at creating a better employability status for the student
