All the courses are equally good. Going with arts with economics is good option as it will give you degree in 2 subjects in the same time. It also depends on what you want to do after PG like UPSC or professorship.

If you hold a 3-year degree like BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA or B.Tech/B.Pharma in 10+2+3 /4 system from any recognised university, it makes no difference whether you earned it in regular mode or correspondence/distance learning mode. Only thing to be checked is - your university and its distance education programme should be recognised. For IAS/PCS or any government. Job or exam, both degrees are absolutely equal. For admission to Masters programme viz. MA/M.Sc/M.Com/MBA, both degrees are equal. For admission to 3-year LL.B.
