From previous years cutoff list, seat allotment for ece ends within 12000 to 13000 rank for OC.
Unless you got any reservation, do not hope for getting ECE in mvgr college. Check the cutoff's of the college for better understanding.

The Rank required to get seat in V. R Siddhartha college in Vijayawada in CSE or IT groups in O.C category is as follows :
College Code : VRSEC as per 2022 Admissions
B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering General Male O.C : 3425, so you are not eligible for this university because of the rank
B.Tech Information Technology General Male O.C : 6539.

You have scored well in AP Eamcet. According to your rank and category it is possible for you to get a seat in Raghu engineering college in any branch. The closing ranks are quite high and are in the range of your rank. But I suggest you that you can try for a seat in colleges better than the one you have chosen as you have secured a good rank. For SC category it is difficult to get CSE in SVU.Your rank is too high to get admission in CSE in SVU.You cannot get seat in cse because the rank which you got is very high when compared to last year cutoff rank.For more details visit the official website of SVU.

VIT is better then KLU in biotechnology engineering. The average package of biotech is 5 lpa in VIT Vellore and the average package of biotech in KLU is about 3-4 lpa
And the rank of VIT Vellore for biotechnology among all India engineering college is 8th position and KLU not stands in top 10. So VIT Vellore is better
