There is no such restriction on General category students that they are not eligible. General category students generally have to score more to be eligible but even that criteria is very relaxed. AUS conduct their entrance exam for which you can refer here :- https://www.ausadmission.in.

Why not. Of course, you can go there to join. However it could be far from where you live but that is inevitable when you want to study at best places. Tezpur University is a good institute. If you are getting a chance, don't waste it. Also, the people are very tolerant there and you will be fine.

Dear Ananya,
Yes, you can get admission in M.Com at Dibrugarh University.
There are 2 M.Com courses i.e. M.Com in Finance and M.com in Marketing.
The eligibility is that you should be B.Com with at least 45% marks in Major or at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of General Course and On the basis of merit or entrance test conducted by the University.

You can definitely apply for MCA.
Master of Computer Application (MCA) is a three-year Master's degree course in computer applications. Any graduate student who has passed or appearing in the final year exam is eligible for Master of Computer Application course. BCA qualified students more preferably opt for this course. MCA is considered equivalent to engineering.
