No, candidates are not allowed to get direct admission to the BPharm course at Assam University. To be eligible for admission, candidates must ensure that they score a decent score in the CUET-UG. Moreover, candidates who did not achieve a valid score in CUET-UG can get admission to the BPharm course with a merit list which is evaluated on the basis of candidates' scores in Class 12.

Assam University offers a wide range of UG, PG, certificate, and doctoral courses under various specialisations, and it accepts CUET scorecards/ranks mainly for its UG courses.
Candidates willing to apply to UG courses of Assam University through CUET should have a minimum aggregate of 55%-60%. Assam University can be considered competitive as admission is based on the entrance exam scores.
