The faculty. The faculty provides valuable insights on the business related curriculum. Placements: Placements in NIT Silchar is good. There is always 90% + placements for MBA. During NIT Silchar Placements 2022, 97 students were placed with 537 offers. The highest salary received was INR 44 LPA which was offered by Amazon. Students received an average salary of INR 13.58 LPA. If I compare the Faculty, Opportunities & Placements for MBA, Tezpur University is well ahead of NIT Silchar. At the end of the day the reputation of your programme matters more than the reputation of the institute. NIT Silchar is new in the field of MBA. Only 1 or 2 batch of MBA has passed out from here.

Look, this is going to hurt but I do not have any better way of telling this to you. For 2022, the latest general rank that was admitted had an AIR of 1782 , although reports of the subsequent SC category admission is not there, but my sources and research even let me to find out that the last SC that was admitted to NLU Assam, had n AIR of 8967. So according to my analysis, if you could have scored any rank under 10k, then you still had a chance to study there. So, if you are determinant on studying at NLU, I am afraid you have to wait for a second attempt. But otherwise, there are also other colleges for you to study law or BA-LLB. So work hard, do not loose hope and be flexible and adaptive. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
