Yes you have to give CUET for BA in Psychology course at Gauhati University. You don't need to appear in the entrance conducted by this university.
You only need to appear for the cuet UG 2025 and then register yourself on the website. The counselling process will be according to the CUET score.
Thank you

Yes, definitely you can get admission to Tezpur University without having mathematics in Common University Entrance Test CUET UG because mathematics is an optional subject while pursuing Bachelor's in Commerce Bcom and if you haven't opted for mathematics in your 12th then there is no need to opt it in CUET but if you took mathematics in your 12th then you must opt it in Common University Entrance Test CUET UG also.

With JEE Mains ranks CRL 466858 and OBC NCL 169446, consider:
- *NIT Silchar*: Possible chance for some branches
- *Assam University, Silchar*: Agricultural Engineering might be an option
- *GFTIs*: Look into Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering
Participate in JoSAA counselling for seat allocation.

With a CRL rank of 359021 in JEE Main and belonging to the OBC category, it is unlikely to get admission into top NITs and IIITs but you may have a chance for some government engineering college or GFTIs through state level counselling on specific round like CSAB special round especially considering your home state quota from Assam.

Apply via the college/university portal, meeting Class 12 PCB/PCM minimum fifty percent (relaxation as per norms). Selection is mainly merit based; some colleges add short interviews/aptitude tests. Scrutinise labs (toxicology, serology, DNA), crime scene simulation, MoUs with police/CFSL, and mandatory internship. The fees are usually between INR 60 thousand and 1.5 lakh per year in private setups.
